For deliveries to EU countries, the prices shown are based on the French VAT included. As of 01/07/2021, the new VAT rules for e-commerce in the EU have started, and charges vary according to the VAT of each country in the EU.

Postage and packaging costs are included in the delivery charge.
For your security, your package will be tracked electronically.
The delivery will be sent to the address given by the customer at the time of ordering.
The rates are those applied by the Post Office, Colissimo, Mondial Relay and UPS. Therefore, the Tabio company cannot control possible changes in pricing and will apply the rates in force at the time of the order.
For delivery outside the European Union, the delivery charges do not include customs fees that may be applied and are at the customer's expense, as the items are invoiced without tax.
The Tabio company will contact the customer if the order should exceptionally require a longer delay, in particular in the case of personalisation of the articles.
The Tabio company will do its best to ensure a fast and incident-free delivery, and cannot be held responsible in case of unexpected events that would delay the delivery of the parcel and particularly in the following cases:
- Postal service strike
- Social riots, war
- Road accident
- Floods, fires or other natural disasters
- The customer has a period of 30 days (from the date of dispatch of the package) to report an undelivered order. After this period, claims will be refused
In the event that certain items in the same order are not available immediately, the customer may also choose to have the order shipped in two different packages; the second package will then be sent when the item is available again and therefore with an additional delay.
Retention of ownership and transfer of risks
In accordance with the law n°80-335 of 12 May 1980, the goods travel at the risk of the recipient. They shall remain the property of the Tabio company until the order has been paid for, but shall become the responsibility of the recipient as soon as they are dispatched. Upon receipt, the customer (or the person having received the package) must ensure that the packaging of the package is not damaged before signing the delivery note of the carrier, the signature constituting proof of verification. In the event that the packaging is damaged, the customer is advised to check that all items are inside the package and that each item is in perfect condition. If some items are damaged or missing, it is strongly recommended that the customer does not sign the delivery note and simply notes his observations before sending a registered letter to the carrier. If, on the other hand, the items were in good condition, the customer may note his observations on the delivery note before signing it. The Tabio company is not responsible for the delivery of the parcels. In case of loss or damage, the customer must contact the service provider in charge of the delivery (La Poste) in order to inform him of his complaints in writing by registered mail within 48 hours following the reception or the passage of the carrier. The customer is advised to send a copy of this letter to Tabio.
RETURN
You can return items purchased from our E-SHOP within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your package by logging into your personal account and following the conditions below:
- The items must never have been worn .
- Items must be in new condition, not damaged or stained .
- Packages of tights must not have been opened and labels on socks must not have been removed
- Products must be returned in their original packaging or with their label in good condition
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
The cost of collecting the order will not be refunded.
Return to our store
You can also return the items to our Paris store after sending the return request from your personal account. Tabio will refund you the amount invoiced including delivery costs within 3 to 7 working days after checking the returned items. In case of partial return of the items, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return or exchange of personalised items
Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective. The usual conditions for returning or exchanging items apply.
EXCHANGE
Exchange by shipping
Our E-SHOP only accepts returns of items, not exchanges. You can place a new order after having returned the unwanted items. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods, the risks associated with the return and the costs of re-sending the goods.
Exchange in our store
You can exchange items in our stores in Paris provided that the amount is equal to or greater than the price of the original item. You can go directly to the store, there is no need to request a return from your account.
FAILED DELIVERY
Non-delivery due to customer's absence
If the customer is absent during the delivery and the delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to the sender. Additionally, if the customer requests a re-shipment, the fees will also be borne by the customer.
Exceeding the holding period at an access point
If the package is sent to an access point for holding and the customer does not pick it up within the specified time, the package will be returned to the sender. Additionally, if the customer requests a re-shipment, the fees will also be borne by the customer.
Refund in case of package return to the sender
In the event of the package being returned to the sender, the customer will be eligible for a refund of the order amount, excluding the shipping fees which will not be refunded.
