1. MY ORDER

  • Simply log in to your account and click on "track my order". Then, when your order is shipped, you will receive a parcel number that will allow you to know where your parcel is.

  • After your order has been confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. You can also find this number by logging into your customer account. If you have not received an email or if you are unsure, please contact our customer service.

  • If you have not received the confirmation email, you can check that your order has been validated in "Track my orders". If not, it is possible that your order has not been validated, in this case you can contact our customer service.

  • Yes, as long as your order has not been paid, you can cancel your order by clicking on "Cancel". For the order already paid, please write us a message with your order number on the page "My support tickets".

  • No, however, you can always cancel it as long as it has not been sent by clicking on "Cancel". 

2. MY ACCOUNT

3. OUR PRODUCTS

  • All Tabio collections are made in Japan.

  • Tabio has adjustable tights that accompany you throughout your pregnancy.

  • The denier is the unit of measurement for the fineness of the yarns: the lower the denier number, the finer and more transparent the tights. Conversely, the higher the denier, the thicker, warmer and more resistant the tights. Tabio tights range from 15 to 210 denier for the plain models.

4. DELIVERY

  • To track the status of your order, simply log into your account and click on "My Orders". When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your package has been shipped.

  • Delivery times are set as follows.

       - Metropolitan France, Monaco, Andorra: 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch (4 to 8 working days depending on the date of the order and the delivery method selected)
       - Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Switzerland: 4 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch (6 to 11 working days depending on the date of the order)
       - International: 5 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch (7 to 14 working days from the date of order)

  • The cost of delivery varies according to the destination of the shipment (23kg maximum). We review our shipping charges from time to time in accordance with the rates of the shipping companies.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • It is not possible to exchange or return a product received as a gift. You must contact the person who gave it to you and ask them to return the product following the instructions for returning an order.

  • Yes, products purchased on the Internet must first be filled out on the "Return and Cancellation" page within 14 days of receiving the package, then you can return the package directly to the TABIO store.

  • You will receive your invoice by e-mail after your payment.
